Educational Opportunity Center

The statewide network of ten Educational Opportunity Centers (EOCs) and two Outreach and Counseling Centers are supported by the State University of New York  (SUNY).  For more than 30 years, EOCs have pioneered the way in providing urban communities with innovative academic programs to support higher education, and vocational training programs that result in gainful employment and economic self-sufficiency for adult learners.
